Keep the "legacy" app
I personally hate the Beta update. It was impossible to see what new payments were paid by patients, request new payment, or send reminder texts. Another thing- i HATE having to add our fax number, where its being sent, date, from, page count, and TO in the boxes for each fax. I loved how Legacy already did it.
And another thing- we're not getting the notifications. From the insurance & billing side of this- the new platform sucks & only benefits the front team.

Hi Jeni!
It sounds like we may be able to help train you more effectively on how to use the new Weave application.
Here are some pro tips:
1. You never need to maneuver back to the home screen. Here is the link to your inbox. Any time a message comes in, you can see it right there: https://app.getweave.com/messages/inbox2. To see who replied to a message, look at the avatar. It will have the office user's initials in it, and if you hover over it, it will show a tooltip with the full name. (Screenshot below for reference)
If you have any other questions or need anything else, please don't hesitate to reach out!

100% agree! The multiple text messages cannot be sifted through easily meaning we have no clue who needs to be responded to. This change is not a little change - it absolutely changes everything we love about weave. Everything that makes our workflow easier now requires more steps and it's just another browser tab. It's not small and compact with actionable items. The Legacy App allows our staff to see things that need to be addressed right now without going through multiple clicks and searching.

We have downloaded the new app and everyone in our office hates it. It is not user friendly. It takes more "clicks" to do anything. The home screen and the text thread screen is too "busy". The dashboard is so large that it takes up 1/4 of my screen. The only improvements we have found useful is the patient's address autofills in the payment screen and the quickfill list shows the date a patient is scheduled if they already have an existing appointment. I could list more changes we are not happy with but will stop here. We prefer the old app!

New update is HORRIBLE! Not user friendly at all! Sending forms is more complicated, texting is more difficult with multiple prompts, maneuvering back to home screen each time is ridiculous! When we text it no longer shows us who in our office sent the text, literally everything about the update we dislike!
