I'd encourage you to check our our Contacts page on the new experience and see what you think. We have this feature available for you. If you hover over the "Contacts" icon on the left and click on "Active", you can see active patients specifically, without needing to filter or add an additional click.

Quick Actions are designed to help you move quicker through the app, allowing just one click to create a new message, to adjust your phone settings, to see payments made, etc. I'd love to know what buttons you're using that you'd like to see in a prominent spot like that? We are happy to look into adding this to continue to make our app easier for you to use.

Hi there!
Sorry to hear you're not loving the new Weave. We want you to know we hear your concerns and will work hard to keep improving the app.
One thing to note that may be helpful for your team: you can resize the window of the new app to be the same size as the Legacy app. When you do this, you will see something at the top of the dashboard that says "All Apps". If you click this, it will allow you to use a version of the new Weave that looks very similar to Legacy Weave.
