Right now, we are able to drag the dot through the call to skip through the call. You cannot tell what portion of the call you are in, you have to randomly guess. A while ago, we were able to fast forward or rewind the call and be able to hear the call. I vote to bring this feature back, along with what we have. To have both options. This will prevent from dragging the dot of the call into the wrong area of the call you are looking for. This would be best to have more than one option to hear the call.
