Individual PDFs in Dentrix Doc Center
Hello. When we have a new patient complete our new patient pack of forms, we'd like there to be a better way for this to sync with Dentrix. Currently all the forms are in one pdf file in document center and it's not a very user friendly way of doing this. Each form should be put in separately so someone can easily access the medical history or dental history for example. Right now with all forms being in one large pdf file it is not easy to just look up a patient's medical history. Also the medical conditions allergies or other alerts should writeback to Dentrix so those alerts get intertwined with the patient's chart. I would rather have to sync each form manually but have them separated and organized and formatted well in doc center in Dentrix than have it automatic like it is now but not user friendly to use. This is critical to our processes, to be able to jump to a specific doc from a specific DOS quickly vs scrolling through a large packet. (Also Dentrix)

Please do so for OpenDental as well as this is something that would be extremely useful and save time when needing to access a specific form rather than scrolling 15 pages which is currently the number of pages my packet has for new patients.

Would like the ability to have the Weave Form Packets come into the Dentrix Document Center individually instead of all in one PDF.
