An error occurred while saving the comment Maria Santos commentedI am actually thinking about switching back to Yapi for this same reason. I am very unhappy with the way forms are handled in Weave. Its created so much work for our office that I really am questioning whether this move was worth it.

Hi Dr. Maria, If you have setup provider review in Forms, users with Forms Manager or Provider role can review and eSign submitted forms anytime anywhere as per their convenience.

An error occurred while saving the comment Maria Santos commentedI just signed up for Weave yesterday and I already found this to be a problem. It makes absolutely no sense why a second record is created for a patient if they update their name or phone number, especially since most people change their name at least once in their lifetime and their phone number at least 10! This would be crucial to correct because I have already ran into the problem of not being able to find the patient myself.

Please do so for OpenDental as well as this is something that would be extremely useful and save time when needing to access a specific form rather than scrolling 15 pages which is currently the number of pages my packet has for new patients.
