Synced PDF should have the form or packet name
When using digital forms... When they are integrated into Eaglesoft and saved as pdf in smart docs, they should be saved as the form name or packet name that is created instead of random numbers.
Dear Customer,
Thanks so much for your patience. We're happy to inform you that PDFs of submitted forms will now have the original form or packet name when they save to your documents center / imaging module in your practice management software.
Thanks,
KJ

Is this available now? Is there an update that I need to do because it is still not importing with the form name. Just numbers

Documents that are imported into SmartDoc (Eaglesoft) should have the title of the document when synced. This was a feature of mconsent that was very user friendly.

Documents are not appearing with the document name. I have tried two test forms with zero results.

When forms are created as a PDF and then added to our Eaglesoft Document center, the PDF is imported/saved as a # ex: 5104-219839031.pdf, instead of the actual document name. It would be better if the title/name of the document was the PDF document name. To make our search for certain forms easier.

Greenwald Family Dentistry (s00115497): A patient's completed form went into the patient's Doc Center, but the name is "Weave Forms Personal Information" not the actual form's name, which is Missed Cancelled Appointment Policy. Having to rename forms is another step that can take up our valuable time. Can you please investigate?
