When there is an update to Weave, please put a banner on the desktop app, Weave Portal, and/or mobile app notifying offices of the bug fixes AND new features it is for. This way we can know right when something is fixed or available to improve our experience. No matter how small the improvement is, please let us know! It's frustrating to find something out a week or month after the fact. Just like on the app store, an app will say an update is available and what is on that update.

Referral source is now available as an Elements field in Form Editor. It comes with preset options that can be edited -- please refer to the attached screenshot. However, it does not writeback to the system of record.
As of now, we don't have a definite timeframe on when Referral Source will be available as a Primary Field. We'll keep you posted as soon as it's ready for development. Thanks for your valuable feedback!

Can offices please edit the template that generates when clicking "Collect Payment" under a patient's Overview. Or at least have it be the same as the Collections List template which Weave agents can edit. Thank you.

Donnelly Family Dentistry, s00119090, also wants this feature. Being able to end a batch at the end of day will smooth out the record keeping. So everything matches up in Eaglesoft, and Weave and bank: dates, amounts, etc.

Broadway Optical, s00016050, is short staffed and it would be awesome to have the auto-response text message also send after 10-15 minutes. Letting the person know that the office is short staffed, but they will reply as soon as possible or something like that.
