Pull up patient's complete medical history so they can refer back to for updates
Requesting a way to attach patient's last or previous medical history to an update form to sign) Many patients do not remember or recall what they filled out last time. They always ask.."did I tell you X last time?, did I note X on my medical history last time?" It would be helpful to attach their medical history so they can see what updates need to be made

The returning patients are unable to see their old answers when they fill out the forms. Dentrix used to allow them to see their old answers so there were things they didn't have to remember (for example, medications). The office is requesting a feature that allows returning customers view their previous answers.
The forms should be going to the medical history section of the specific patient's profile, not the documents center. Again, Dentrix has the ability to attach a form to the specific patient's profile. The office doesn't want to have to manually assign PDF's to a patient.
