Schedule forms to send
Allow forms to be scheduled to send. For example: a health history update form should have the option to be autogenerated once a year attached to a recall appt.

This is something you can do within Weave already. Here's a little tutorial. I hope this helps!
First, you'll copy a link to a form:
You can access the Public Form Link in your Digital Forms Dashboard on form or packet. (forms.getweave.com)
1. Select Form Builder
2. Click on a previously built form or packet, or choose to build a new one
3. Click the Copy Link icon in the top right cornerAdd form to Recall Reminders and Reactivation Messages:
1. Go to the Weave Portal, to the "Auto-reminders" page: https://app.getweave.com/portal/messages/auto-messaging
2. Paste the link in the body of the message
3. Save, and you're good to go!Once a customer fills out your form, it will appear in the Form Activities tab under All Submitted.
