Create an icon on the schedule within a patient's block that denotes if they have submitted their intake packet.
Please, please, please create some kind of an icon that shows up on the patient's info block on the schedule that indicates if they have completed their intake forms. This way, when staff is going through the schedule they can easily see if patients have completed intake without having to go through the forms submissions. This is especially helpful for optometry practices where you are not able to sync your forms with our EMR.
