Currently we have a phone tree with 4 options when we're open and 2 options when we're closed. I would love to have a short blurb type of greeting before the phone tree picks up for any one-off closures or changes to the normal routine without having to re-record the full greeting. For example, "Please note, we will be closed Monday 5/26 in observance of Memorial Day." (Greeting) "Our normal business hours are..." (Phone tree)

Every time we have any change to our normal schedule it takes me a minimum of 5 tries to record our greeting and it drives me crazy!
