Add the ability to personalize fax cover sheet
The Fax Cover Sheet needs the ability to be personalized so we do not have to continually modify it with each fax.

I'm kind of in disbelief that this hasn't been implemented yet. We have a privacy notice that we now have to upload every time we send a fax. I do not understand how you kind of came up for a fix for this in the old software but then released a new version where you can't do this?

This is important to our clinic too. We need to send medical reports/records with a disclaimer and have to type it in each time. So frustrating!!!!
