Option to change settings for how call populates (first name versus preferred)
There needs to be a way to change the setting for how a call or message presents...our office needs it to populate first and last name, not the preferred.

"Save the Date" function compatible with Cloud9
We are currently manually sending digital forms to new patients, but if we could schedule the appointment in Cloud9 and within 15-20 mins a text could go out to new patients with the digital form attached would be fantastic. Could save the team and patient's time, plus it provides peace of mind that they are getting the forms and reminders and the patient will appreciate the efficiency.
Plus for regular scheduled appointment it would be nice for patients to be able to add the appointment to their apple or google calendars,

MESSAGING
When I go to compose a new message and for instance type Noah, why isn't the list of patients in alphabetical order? Seems a no brainer

Audio messaging arrangment
Give the company the choice as to getting audio messaging in the order that is best for them either descending or ascending( most current message is either first or last.

Add the "Utilize 'Actionable' Tab" option to the mobile app.
Lack of "Actionable" was one of the reasons we did not switch to the new experience in Windows. However, now the Windows app has the actionable option, but the mobile app was pushed out without this feature and now we have no way to synchronize our views between Windows and mobile. We do a lot of ambulatory work and many team members exclusively use the mobile app--they would like to have the same view available.

Permissions
It would be great to have a permission that can use the current contacts in our Weave account and not have permission to add clients.

Widgit to transfer contact information from a Contact Request Form to Weave
Is there a way to have a website landing page contact request form send the client's name and contact info from the form to Weave. Right now that information is directed to my smart phone as a SMS and also to my email. I would LOVE IT if that info could also be received by Weave. That would sabe me the time and effort of manually entering their info in Weave so I can begin communicating with them with my marketing messages!

Previous Calls Made Pop-up
It would be extremely helpful to see a list of calls made to a patient when I click on the phone icon, that way I can see if they have been called already recently or not to avoid them becoming annoyed with our office. Please and thank you!!

a text widget like unread voicemails would be great!
Please add a widget to the dashboard that will allow incoming texts to be seen like the unread voicemails are :)

Email notification for payment blocks
I would like to suggest a reset button/way for the email address that receives payments. Ours has had to be reset 3 times in the last month or so. I have to call the payment issue number and am on hold for a while and then have to explain myself to the person on the other end. It is always the SAME issue. If there was a way to just reset it on our end, that would save SO MUCH TIME!! Or better yet, a solution to the issue. ;0)

Ability to change form order
It would be very helpful to be able to organize the forms by importance to our practice and ones that are sent the most. Currently, the Patient Registration is halfway down the list of forms when it should be at the top since it would be sent very frequently.

Save filter options in voicemails
If we have all voicemails public in our clinic, it would be nice to save the filter options/preferences to only view our preferred ones. when the app "sleep" it clears your filters and you need to re do the process. I would rather have to edit my filters to see others as I view mine more often than their voicemails.

call recording
I would like to have a filter under calls to listen in on specific calls. For example, when patients call us, they have two options. Press 1) if you are a new patient, press 2) If you are an existing patient. I would like to filter the new patient calls to be able to view them and not have to listen to a bunch of calls to find them. This feature would help up with improving our phone quality and education purposes.

Please enable more team chat notification sound settings.
The legacy app had a different sound for a direct message versus a group message. I would love that to be an option again or set specific sounds for specific chats. We miss a lot of notifications since migrating to the new weave as we can't tell if its a group msg or direct. We actually missed a lot because there was no warning that the sound would automatically be set to off and just learned today that we can change that.
