   It would be nice to be able to mass-text patients. Especially patients who are overdue for exams. To send out a text blast to everyone who is 1-2 or 2-3 years overdue for their exam would be very valuable.

   I'm requesting a feature on the phone where we can group our directory into different groups. It would make it much easier to find numbers that we use often, rather than having all of our contacts listed under one group.
