    Patients are requesting the ability to have the payment link sent via email. They want a full screen on their computer rather than their small phone screen to complete payments.

    Agreed. 100% of our "follow-ups" are NOT for patient's eyes, but rather reminders for us to do something like check for records coming in, to check patient's insurance, to make sure contacts were ordered, etc. Need the ability to have a "task reminder" note for a specific user about a specific patient.
