New to Weave and just getting introduced and set up. We are currently using Rhinogram for patients to check in and all texting communication. One thing that we love about Rhinogram that I am not seeing featured with Weave is the ability to create multiple templates from the texting format. Once a patient checks in with us, we with a click of a button can send them a quick text thanking them for checking in and the wellness screening, they respond back, then we again quickly with a standard template thank them for remaining in the car and share we will text them when ready to enter and then final quick text template is to share we are ready for the patient. Again, each of these are quick one click steps so that we don't have to type anything out. Saves so much time. We also have templates for new patient paperwork, someone coming on wrong appointment date, link for representation of someone sending in their own pictures and many many more. If this could easily be implemented, I would love it. I am almost thinking about putting the brakes on switching things over because of this. I do know there are a couple of customizable templates in the schedule texting piece but would love for us to be able to create multiple universal custom texting features from the texting screen itself. I would love an audible notification for text. We are a very busy practice and to be able to have that alert vs trying to always be watching the computer would be huge!
