    A suggestion: Show call logs in text message thread that way we can see when a colleague responds to a text via phone call

    I find it difficult to text numbers that are NOT primary but attached to another parent. OR when the number is saved as a HOME or WORK. When you manual type in the number to text the app either defaults back to the primary number or won’t let you text

    Also this process to leave feedback, requires too many steps that can easily be interrupted by incoming calls/text
