There are two issues that are irritating to me while working, both having to do with the payment system. 1. Weave does not allow me to print a receipt from the app. I have to log into the weave payment portal website in order to do this and that takes me extra time. It should give me the option to print, text, and email receipt. 2. Weave payment portal should have to ability to set up recurring payments. All other payment systems I have worked with have this function. Having to remind myself to manually run patient payments who are on a payment plan takes up too much of my time. I am the only front office person and I often have a line of patients waiting to be helped. This would free up my time and extra steps.
