    Hi Linda, thanks for sharing your feedback! Filling a last-minute cancelled appointment is better handled through our Quick Fill feature. If you're in the new Weave app, you can access it by selecting the Schedule tab and then clicking the Quick Fill icon on the right side. More information on how to use it can be found here: https://www.weavehelp.com/weavehelp/article/send-quick-fill-appointment-messages. I've also attached a screenshot of what the interface looks like. Hope that helps!
