    Hello! Thank you so much for the feedback. We are working to get this fixed asap. You are also able to use the Legacy application or the new application on a browser at the same time.

    Hi Susan,

    Thank you for the idea! Have you had a chance to review the help page with how the service works and the insurance providers that are offered. Have you considered signing up for a month to test it out and then cancel it?
