We agree! The marketing and emails are terrible. I don't understand why there are no options to be able to 1. insert a patient's name, to personalize the email. 2. Send a campaign out to newly scheduled appointments, automatically. 3. The Headline text is ugly and unnecessary. 4. The ability to add hyperlinks, such as Facebook, or even a button where they request a phone call regarding their appointment. 5. Overall customizing of the emails doesn't exist.
We are very sad that this is such a downfall of Weave and have also considered leaving because of it.
