The campaign feature has a lot of issues. I really want to use the campaign feature as a way to contact patients via email and phone (right now only email is an option). In addition, every single time I set up a campaign, want to exclude everyone who already has a hygiene appt. I have tried a million ways to make that happen, but it seems that patients that already have appts are still getting the emails and it is confusing.
There needs to be an option to exclude all patients with future appointments that are 6 months and even 1 year in advance. Right now the farthest out it lets you exclude is the next 30 days.
