I set up some new recall reminders in my EHR (Crystal EHR) in order to parse through old demographic data more easily. However, when I tried to create either SMS or Email Auto Recall Reminders using the desktop app, the newly created recall actions were not listing AT ALL under the "Choose Recall Type". After selecting them to integrate in the Admin Portal and waiting to see if they would finally show up after a week or so in Weave, I was getting frustrated. I had an epiphany and decided to try and add a few patients to that recall type and THEN the new recall actions finally showed up in Weave App.
It would be nice to see any and all recall actions that were selected in the Admin Portal on the website and have them show up i the app. If they are null sets, maybe simply add a count "(xx)" to the end of the title so yo know they are empty. Since I'm a newer practice, I'm still messing around and setting up my recalls and adding new ones so it would be nice if everything selected in the Admin Portal would show up in the App regardless if they are null sets or not.
