Under the 'Recent Calls' and 'Voicemails' tabs, it would be great if there was an option to write a short status note for calls from non-established patients so we know if they have been contacted, if a voicemail was left, etc. It would also be nice if there were color icons that said if the individual was called, voicemail left, messaged, etc. We have over 60 individuals using Weave so it gets confusing.
