An error occurred while saving the comment
When a calls with the same number for more than one patient comes in. It reflects as multiple contacts, instead of reflecting a name of one of the contacts, and this does not help my company.
Also once the phone is answered the contact information disappears. I would appreciate that the information stays available as it did in the original Weave. It makes no sense that the new Beta version does not follow the old version that worked just great.
