    Patients who schedule 2 appointments for the same day. It would be nice to be able to send them only one text for the earlier appt time. Right now they get 2 and it's confusing to the patients. If they have an appt at 9 for a cleaning on the hyg schedule and then 10 on the doctors schedule for fillings they get 2 messages and always call confused. I would like to see the option to be able to only notify them of the 9 am appointment.
