WHY MUST YOU CHANGE THINGS THAT AREN'T BROKEN!!! I came in to work today, and the new phone forwarding settings are TERRIBLE. My staff used to be able to just use a slide bar to turn on or off the call forwarding to our voicemail. Now I need to delete and create anew each and every day?? Come on, this is *** backwards for my staff, taking something that was easy for ANY staff member to do, to making it complicated and require MORE TRAINING to teach them how to do things the new (and WAY less efficient) way. Not even an option to keep things the way it was. TERRIBLE
