    Currently all message downloaded images default to PNG.
    Which is not compatible with Eaglesoft for import.
    Currently they have to be opened and resaved which is not very time friendly.

    It would be nice as a setting in app for all versions desktop IOS and android to set the default image download type so that users have varied options based on their specific needs. It would make our lives much easier.

    Other option would be in message window when clicking download image it just asks what file type you need before downloading if that would be easier to achieve from a coding and scripting standpoint.
