The online payment system requires patient name, email address, phone number, address, etc.. to submit payment, however, the invoice details in Weave do not contain any of this information to be able to confirm patient details. We had a parent submit a payment online for their child's balance. Unfortunately, the parent entered her first and last name instead of the patient, so the information does not match and we cannot see any other identifiers to connect which patient the payment belonged to. Obviously, that is an error on her part, however, there should be a way to allow us to view those other details, such as phone number, email, or address so that we can investigate further in order to apply the payment to the correct patient.
