    Just to clarify, no CSV list upload option for multi-locations is the core issue, which is crucial to sending emails out from more than one location to a more targeted, CSV-designated audience. And regardless of the attempted work-around mentioned above, the other issues are important in order for multi-location businesses to have proper, baseline email integration between locations.

    I agree, the ability to accurately track recorded calls is crucial to patient follow-up. I really hope this gets resolved soon!
