As you know, obtaining patient feedback is crucial for assessing and improving our quality of care, in addition to the reviews. In addition, we need a custom patient satisfaction survey that allows us to export data reports in a format that suits our needs (e.g., weekly, monthly).
During our onboarding process, we were informed that Weave had the capability to support such a survey, but unfortunately, we have not been able to find this option. We kindly request your team to create a section or option within Weave for us to implement this survey and manage the data export functionalities as mentioned above.
