    I am writing to express our need for a patient satisfaction survey feature within Weave that does not require going through the HIPAA-compliant "Pre-Admission Registration Form." This survey would contain information solely about the experiences of the visit at our facility and with our providers, without including any patient-identifying information.
    As you know, obtaining patient feedback is crucial for assessing and improving our quality of care, in addition to the reviews. In addition, we need a custom patient satisfaction survey that allows us to export data reports in a format that suits our needs (e.g., weekly, monthly).
    During our onboarding process, we were informed that Weave had the capability to support such a survey, but unfortunately, we have not been able to find this option. We kindly request your team to create a section or option within Weave for us to implement this survey and manage the data export functionalities as mentioned above.
    This is a time-sensitive matter for us, as we are keen on enhancing our patient experience through feedback analysis. We would greatly appreciate it if your team could prioritize this request and provide us with a solution as soon as possible.
