    Good Afternoon nice Weave team, I had sent a suggestion for an enhancement few weeks or so ago. The same issue has come up again and our doctor is getting "frustrated" that we haven't come up with a solution. We have had patients parents, text the office after hours, and maybe on a Friday, when we work limited hours. They text the office, and get no response and get very upset - thinking we are ignoring them. If they would call the office, they would get the closed message, but we have "trained" our patients and their families to text the office, usually easier to get a hold of us, when the office is busy. Dr. Haverkos, is an Orthodontist down the street, our main competitor, and he has a different text system, and that system will send out an automated text, if someone text's the office after hours. Dr. Martinez wants us to have the same capability. We have been with weave for so many years, maybe even when you were a new company? If i could give Dr. Martinez some reassurance that this is a feature you might have soon, I think I can hold him off on looking elsewhere. Just wanted to put that out there, just the issue has come up so much lately, and he wants us to come up with a solution! Appreciate all of the hard work your team does. Thank you, Carolyn

    Hello Nice Weave Team! We need two enhancements to the app- Our main competition down the street, has a different phone system, that also does texting, etc like weave, not sure of the name. But- we really need the following- When a patient calls the office, and doesn't allow it to ring long enough for either the voicemail or a person to pick up, " Caller Abandoned" We would like them to get the automated text message, same message people get if they leave a voicemail. We also need an auto generated text message, that if someone were to text the office after closing, they would get the automated text message also. --We just activated the two features, If someone calls and gets our voicemail, they will get a text, and we also are working on the script for the closed text, people get when they call the office during closed hours.
