   Offices should have the option on the back side to add a convenience fee for patients paying through the text to pay app, or scanning the QR from their statements if they chose to. It should alert the patient that there will be a certain percentage added to their balance if paying by a credit card. Offices should be able to enable this feature and apply the percentage/fee that they chose.
