Enable Short Code
WEAVE isn’t compatible with short code numbers, which are usually the verification codes. We have many vendors using our office number. With WEAVE not being short code compatible, we do not receive verification codes - this would help us tremendously

Weave needs to import the chat convo/info. from the texts into the commlog/chart automatically.. this extra step to go select each is awful and way too clunky and cumbersome for the ease of this app. It leaves o too many opportunities open for missed info and missed records.

Quick Glance for Sent Appointment reminders
Previously on Weave you could look at the schedule for the next day and see who was notified via text (they had a message bubble next to there name), if you needed to call because they had a landline (had no message bubble), or they opted out of text messaging(had an X in the message bubble). I think that was a great tool that was helpful for us to get those alternative notification out to those patients if needed.
Now all patients have the bubble next to their names even if they have landlines. So we don't actually know if…

FAX - ALLOW FAX interface to populate directly from scanner
When we go to fax, it would be a great feature to also give the option to scan directly to the fax instead of having to scan a document, save it, then go locate it and attach it.

Auto review texts should not send to patients that have not showed.
The previous post about this is marked completed, but my review texts are still sending to patients that are not showing up. Your support team was contacted this morning and they told me that it queues an hour before the patient's appointment so therefore if the patient is confirmed one hour before the scheduled appointment time they will get a message no matter what. We don't know the patient is not going to show up until AFTER the appointment. Queueing before the actual appointment time isn't actually functionable. Put prescribing doctors name on prescription tab would help in group practices
Currently quickest way I've found to see which doctor wrote the Rx is to go to prescription tab and print prescription to see who wrote it. Why not just show w/date who signed it?

Make the Weave desktop notification window moveable
The Weave desktop notification window always populates in the upper right-hand corner of our screens, where we also need to access other features of our schedule/etc. Since that window stays open on top of our practice software, it would be really nice if we could drag it around and place in other locations rather than being forced to click through "Ignore/Reply" to access some things we need in response to phone calls and texts that come in through that notification.
1 voteThanks for your feedback. You have an option in the Weave desktop app's Notification Settings to change the Popup Location to the bottom right corner. Attached is a screenshot for reference. Please try it out and let us know if it is more convenient. This preference is saved for every user.

Appoinment request required times
The feature to require patients to select a minimum number of appointment times is no longer active. So we have had multiple times when a patient has requested a specific time an it is no longer available. We then have to contact the patient to schedule a different day or time. Not having that feature is causing our staff to contact patients to schedule different days and/or times. It needs to be reinstated so we are not spending time on tasks that were taken care of in the past before it was updated.

Needs to be a way of turning off recording temprarily (button phone and within the app. Legally a client can request not to be recorded.

Favorite templates
We would like to be able to have each user "favorite" SMS templates so that when they go to send a template, their favorites are at the top of the list, instead of having to search to find them.

#DND# Option for Reviews
The ability to bypass review requests sent to patients who were unhappy with their visit. Oftentimes these reviews are left by disgruntled patients who did not have a bad experience, but rather did not understand something or are upset about something outside of the control of the office. Would be nice to be able to add #DND# to the appointment exclusion type.

"Rescheduled Appointment" Reminders
Bringing back the code that tells Weave a "rescheduled" appointment is still an appointment and needs a reminder. Our office reschedules appointments rather than cancelling and making a new one, it would be incredibly helpful if those appointments still got reminders.
