Identify user permissions for Data Sync service
Please identify all permissions needed for the Data Sync service to function. Running as the Local System account is definitely an over-reach and a security risk as a result, since Data Sync allows remote control over entire servers containing sensitive patient data.
A list of functions that Weave can remotely perform on a server using Data Sync would also be appreciated, please.

Data Sync logs
Please allow visibility into data sync successes and failures. We have no idea when they occur or if any issues are ever encountered.

Prevent patient images from being sent by Data Sync
Please give an option to NOT send patient images by Data Sync, particularly with Open Dental. We don't keep photos of our patients, and I find that it's sending up images of documents, which is kind of a HIPAA concern: transmitting patient data that doesn't need to be transmitted.

DOWNLOAD ALL CALL RECORDS
I am trying to download voice calls media but it gives me only single download option. Please resolve the issue. I want to have that option which I can download all of them in the same time. Thanks!

Resync button on server
I have to call and an hour or more on the phone every month to fix our eyewear notifications. Each time the initial support person researches the problem. After a while, they say they can't do anything, and pass it on to a higher tech. EVERY time that tech says they are resyncing Weave on our server. Why don't you create a button that can be on our server desktop that I can click to re-sync it? I would save you a whole lot of time, as well as me.

Full reading ability of scheduler
In the web assistant I need it to be able to read the regular schedule that we use for the doctors and the exceptions that are put in to either open or close the doctors schedule in order to give patients a truly accurate log of openings.

Admin rights to upload CSV?!
Two weeks ago, we were having issues with 2 of our employees not being able to upload the .csv file. HOURS on chat and remote troubleshooting after a generic error message got us nowhere. We were told that since I (the Practice Manager) could upload it that we should just deal with it and I should do it every time. Today, I see that changes have been made and that the .csv files are unable to be uploaded by an employee without admin rights. Who the heck thought this was a good idea??? Sync time stamp
We need a time stamp to show last sync date and time. The previous company we used for reminders - SolutionReach - had this feature. With Weave, we have to wait and discover that messages are being sent out and there's been a few time where it wasn't working for weeks and it took us a week to even realize!

Integrate
Hi Developers team,
We have switched over to Dentrix Ascend cloud base application and Weave doesn't work to integrate with DA but partially with CSV file is there a way that we can fully integrate with DA at all current location and other 23 in pipeline.
