Display incoming phone number & time on hold after retrieving parked call.

The staff would like the phones to have a separate ringtone when a patient is put on hold and after a period of time, that line rings again, because if another staff retrieves that call without knowing that the first staff member put at patient on hold, our office doesn’t look competent to the patient when they have to explain things all over again to someone else

Since getting Weave, we have unlimited phone lines and with the Covid-19 our office lobby is closed leaving all business to be conducted over the phone. Of course this leads to overwhelming call volume. We do have a message that explains this for those clients that have to leave a message however it would be nice if Weave offered a program that "parked" clients on hold in order call received and offered a message explaining "due to covid we are experiencing longer than normal wait time and please hold and your call will be answered in order received and if they can't wait allow them the option to leave a voicemail so we can contact as soon as possible. This would cut down (hopefully) on the rudeness and client frustration for having to wait.

Is there any chance this could be added soon? It is really needed!

The phones our office had prior to Weave would beep at us when the patient had been on hold for longer than 1 minute so they wouldn't be on hold for too long. It only beeped at the phone that the call was placed on hold and didn't ring again. It was just a notification for the person that put them on hold that they were still waiting. This helped us to keep hold times as short as possible. It would be nice if the Weave phones could do that for us. I spoke with a support person and they explained that they could make the phones ring again once the person had been on hold for a certain amount of time, but I feel like that would be confusing for both the patient and us.

Disappointed that something with this technology does'nt have this feature. On hold remeinders is OLD technology. Please add it ASAP

Would like an alert on the phone that a caller has been on hold for too long.

Universal park ringback (on park/hold) beeping tone, not a ringtone.

Having a ring or beep when call is on hold, especially after a period of time.

I like the idea of the hold ring-back. It would be valuable if the ring would give us 60-90 seconds to take care of the callers needs before ringing back to "only" the phone that originated the hold.

I wanted to see if there was a way to add a notification tone for when people are in Park. We currently have a tone when someone is on
hold on an individuals phone, but not when someone is in Park. Is this something you can implement?

We are currently having issues with calls placed on hold. we are a large office (26 extensions)and calls are getting left and not picked up currently they do not ring back to a extension or back to a live call . if this could be made it would actually help a lot

Please install a call waiting indicator.
As I am the only admin person at the clinic, it would be VERY helpful if there was something to remind me that there is someone on hold.

Chelsea here from Dr. Chincheck's office. We look like to see a feature implemented on the phone that after a call is placed on hold or park, the phone will ring back after a period of time to remind the employee that there is a call waiting. I had a patient call in today that was on hold for 10 WHOLE MINUTES because due to my coworker and myself being busy, the call was forgotten about. If this ring back was in place I would have been able to pick the phone up and let them know an update.

To have an option for parked calls to ring back after 5 minutes. That way calls do not sit for too long and get forgotten.

We need a "re-ring" or "beep" to alert when a call is on hold for longer than 3 minutes-

Is it possible to have the phones make a sound when there is someone on hold/parked? We need to know if there has been someone put on hold and forgotten. We don't have one person dedicated to the phones and if we're busy it's possible that someone can stay on hold indefinitely and nobody will know.

Unique Orthodontics has 5 very busy locations and need some sort of ring back to alert our staff when a call is on park and on private hold asap. Thank you
