Notification: New Payment Received
There should be a way to receive a notification when a patient completes a payment online in response to a weave text for payment. We sent text requests for payment occasionally, but we never know whether or not the patient has followed the link and paid unless we go to the weave admin portal and check. Some sort of notification or indication via email or directly in weave would be helpful in making sure that the patient's payment is promptly credited to their account.
We're happy to announce that Weave now offers in-app notification for Weave payments. This new feature is only available in the New Weave Experience - the settings can be managed under Settings > Personal Settings > Notifications > Payments.
We are also currently exploring some other updates to email notifications and in app notifications for payment activity, so stay tuned.

AGREED! THERE SHOULD'VE BEEN A NOTIFICATION WITH THIS WHEN THIS WAS DESIGNED. IT SHOULD POP UP IN RED LIKE WHEN YOU RECEIVE A FAX OR A MESSAGE.

Couldn't agree more with everyone in this thread. A notification in the software or a text letting us know that a "text to pay" has been paid, specifically when the payment is made after hours.

A pop up for text payments would be great! Also, in the portal, instead of the patient's name/payment staying on the date the request was sent, can it move to the day that they paid? It would be much easier to track that way

It would be very helpful to have the weave payments that are coming in via text message to pop up as a notification or to maybe a different email. Alot of them are getting missed due to when the payments are taken in office it just goes down the feed and gets missed. Getting a pop up notification would help the office and making sure the patient doesnt end up paying agian twice or being sent to collections.

Its almost impossible to track all our weave text payments. We are getting patients calling in upset with us because we send a reminder to pay text because we did not get notification when they paid the first time. Please fix asap!!!

Can you please create a pop up like when a text comes in for payments. it would be nice to know when a patient used the link to pay if we would get a pop-up on the desk top showing the payment was made. make a icon so if its done over night it shows like the missed calls and text

When we send a patient a link to pay online through weave, can we receive a notification when a bill has been paid. Also when they make payment, it should show if its partial or paid in full. I had a patient pay half but i didnt notice it was a half payment until i click the paid column because the created column showed paid as if it was paid in full. Hope you can take this into consideration, thank you.

Our email inbox is flooded with every payment made. Our office would like emails for when a Text to pay is completed and not when a regular in store payment is made.

Is there a timeline for when this upgrade will be available? We are not using text to pay until this is a possibility and it was one of the selling points of the platform.

We text and also email the link for patients to update information. Once they complete that form it would be great to receive a notification that a patient has completed their paperwork. At this time, I have to check the website multiple times throughout the day. (Just an idea, but it would be great to receive an email once a patient has done it, no specifics but letting us know to check weave dashboard, or a simple notification on the weave portal) Thanks! This would be a great option and very helpful to everyone that uses weave.

Couldn't agree more with this. We were under the assumption we would get a notification like any voicemail, text, etc. when a payment was received from a person not in the office. It is not a good workflow to have to comb through and compare payments in our patient software for which were received in the office and already entered and which need to be entered.

We need notification sent of payments made via text or online. These payments are easy to overlook and not get recorded to their current balance. There needs to be a better way of notifying the accountant of new payments via text/online. Thank you!

Please create a notification for when patients pay by "Text to Pay" it is extremely difficult to reconcile our accounts when the payments go by invoice date instead of date paid. We are also missing recording these payments because some are so far back and sometimes patients dont pay for a month.

Is there a way to implement a notification pop-up like when we get text or calls, but for completed text to pay transactions? Something where the customer completes their payment, then we get a pop-up? Thanks!
