Please allow the advance scheduling of voicemail override. For instance, schedule specific dates to be closed such as Monday, Jan 2, 2023. See Google Business hours management.

Scheduling voicemail override for holiday coverage is essential- all other phone companies offer this feature. I may have gone in a different direction if I knew this during the sales courtship.

I am brand new to Weave and I'm seeing this huge gap in functionality on day 1 of using weave. I'm scared that this is an issue that was raise back in 2019 and it's still not resolved. This is 100% an expected feature for any valid VOIP system. Weave...please put this back on your radar for getting it implemented.

Please add a feature to schedule Voicemail Override. For example, the office is typically closed Saturday and Sunday but open Monday 8:00-5:00. If we want to change the phone greeting for a Monday holiday (but not over the weekend) someone has to log in to Weave on Monday morning and set VMO and then remove it at end of day. Please allow this to be scheduled in advance so that staff do not have to deal with it on the holiday. Also, it would be nice if we were able to set an end time for VMO when setting/scheduling. For example, if we wanted VMO until 10 AM Monday, be able to set that end time when activating VMO.

Switching phone answering system for Regular office hours message to holiday message. The VMO isn't the best way for the switch especially since the Office closes on Friday and the holiday is on Monday. Even though you can download your app on your phone and switch to VMO it is still hard to remember if you are not in town and doing stuff for the holiday. That is the one feature I liked about Mango Voice . They had a list of holidays each office is closed and the VM automatically switched to the holiday message and then switched back to regular hours message after the holiday. VMO is good for an emergency closings but not for holiday closings.

voicemaill over ride should have a date option on it.
Example:
I want to choose a VM over ride untill Jan,1 8:00am

then after that date it goes back to regular schedule.

The holiday voicemail feature is not awesome. There should be a way that allows you to temporarily override your normal office hours by simply setting a date and time you want your holiday voicemail to turn on and a date and time you want your holiday voicemail to turn off. And then when the dates of that holiday voicemail have passed the system automatically returns to your regularly scheduled office hours. Right now I have to either change my office hours for the days off and then remember to change them back after the holiday OR I have to manually turn the holiday voicemail on and off according to our holiday schedule. It's not efficient and that's the last thing I want to worry about when we are closed- especially for holidays.
