Templates
I would like to be able to customize the "custom" templates. I would like to change the names to fit the messages, as well as the option to add more templates.
This is now live for all users! From inside a text thread with a specific contact, click the templates button to see the new experience - you can create as many templates as you want, rename and delete existing templates, and search by template name.

It would be appreciated if we could change the title of our templates. Since there are a very limited amount of templates and we no longer use a couple it would be more efficient to reassign the unused ones to a template that is useful.

It would be great if we could create more than two templates for texting and also to be able to change the names, so they are not called message #1 & message #2. Also, I know we can edit the pre-made templates, but we cannot change the names. That would be another great option. Please let us know if these updates become available. Would love to utilize them. Thank you

It would be great if on the appointment reminder text templates you can change the name of that particular message. Right now there are Default ones and also ones that say Custom ! and Custom 2, but being able to change those headings would be helpful. Also, If weave could sync with our patients that are premed, and give a reminder that would be awesome! Our old system reminded our premed patients and it was great! Thank you!

It would be helpful if we can create our own personalized Message Templates or edit the names of the current ones. I have edited the templates but the template name doesn't match the actual template.

I used to have solutionreach. I liked the "unlimited" custom messages I could create. Once created, we used them regularly, in a "cookie cutter" fashion to send uniform messages to patients. I only see the option for 2 custom messages in your softwear. Please add more. Thank you.

Hello, requesting additional text message templates and to be able to edit the template title. Our office sends many of the same text message and it will save copy and paste time if we have templates in Weave. Please consider! Thank you in advance.

1. There should be more versatility in the message templates. Offices should be able to rename the pre-loaded templates or if that isn't possible, offices should be able to create their own templates.

New to Weave and just getting introduced and set up. We are currently using Rhinogram for patients to check in and all texting communication. One thing that we love about Rhinogram that I am not seeing featured with Weave is the ability to create multiple templates from the texting format. Once a patient checks in with us, we with a click of a button can send them a quick text thanking them for checking in and the wellness screening, they respond back, then we again quickly with a standard template thank them for remaining in the car and share we will text them when ready to enter and then final quick text template is to share we are ready for the patient. Again, each of these are quick one click steps so that we don't have to type anything out. Saves so much time. We also have templates for new patient paperwork, someone coming on wrong appointment date, link for representation of someone sending in their own pictures and many many more. If this could easily be implemented, I would love it. I am almost thinking about putting the brakes on switching things over because of this. I do know there are a couple of customizable templates in the schedule texting piece but would love for us to be able to create multiple universal custom texting features from the texting screen itself. Hi, I talked to customer service this morning and we would like to see unlimited "Custom Message" options. Currently we are using both LH360 and Weave. Weave is very limiting due to the fact that there are only two custom message fields. Currently in LH306 we have unlimited and use about 20 custom message fields for different things. This is very helpful so we are not having to type the same message over and over to pts. Is there a way you can add more message boxes? This is a big deal for us and would really like to see this added.

Good afternoon,
I love the Weave program, however I am unable to change the names of my templates or add any more to the list. This is very important to me as we have been utilizing this software as a way to communicate with our patients. Also I spoke with Annie on the phone to troubleshoot an issue with one of my phones. She solved my problem with a smile on her face and very quickly. She seems to be a true asset to your team.

Sometimes our patients see multiple chairs in one visit. There should be a way that the automated Save the Date reminder only sends to the first appointment so they don't get 2-3 reminder texts for one day

I concur. Especially because we use different languages. So we need way more templates than just 2.
