Fax Drafts
Good afternoon! I would like to suggest a fix for a reoccurring problem; incoming telephone call interrupting the preparation of a new fax, i.e., if the telephone is answered while preparing a new fax, all of the information that has been typed into the fax will be lost and you have to start all over. Your consideration to this is very much appreciated!

Yes, I can save drafts in our other online program and it is very helpful.

If faxes that are not completed could save drafts that would be awesome! Most of the time when we are sending a fax and the phone rings the fax that was started gets kicked to the curb. If they were saved with the cover letter/notes that were already started and or attachments that have been added and then saved as a draft, if not sent before the next call comes in.

Yes Please! I cant tell you how many times I am working on a fax, a call comes through and have to restart. It would be nice once I am done with a call, hit the back button and be able to resume with the fax that I was previously on. I have to put my phone on DND in order to finish a fax and my colleagues cant get to me while I am doing that.
