When sending reviews for patients to review the office on google, we would like the option to be able to remove the weave review link that is sent and only have the google review be sent.

on the review text that is sent out, it gives them an option to leave an internal weave review. That is basically a wasted review for us. They spend the time to write it but nobody else sees it.

I would like to submit two requests at this time:
1) It would best to be able to see the reviews on the browser verison of Weave instead of only on the desktop app, and
2) We would like to omit the ability to submit private reviews as this doesn't do anything to help get positive reviews on Google. We would like the ability to either choose which platforms can be reviewed on/turn off one's we don't.

I understand this platform us ever-evolving but some urgency on this would be nice. Thank you!

I want to be able to have a review campaign where we just solicit feed back from patients, the good, the bad, the ugly. That way we get to hear what we need to hear without them broadcasting it to the world. But I also want to be able to send out review request that can go to google or facebook. Right now if I send out a good, bad, ugly review request with only private feedback selected it works, but as soon as i reconnect facebook and google the link for the good, bad and ugly feedback includes facebook and google as an option.

When a patient leaves a review for the office to remove the "Private" button we would like the patient to leave a review on Google not in hours reviews.

We should have the option to be able to automatically request internal feedback only -- without additionally asking for Google or Facebook reviews. This is helpful to beta test what would happen if we did automated review requests with Weave. It's a much smaller, but needed step in making the transition to requesting for public Google or Facebook reviews.

We would like the ability to remove the weave private comment/review button option when a patient gets a review link. A lot of the patients we see are older and sometimes they have confusion between google or leaving a private review, and they select private review instead.

The ability to limit reviews to only Google, or only Facebook, or both Google and Facebook but not Private reviews.

For reviews, please allow us to decide which platform(s) we want the client reviewing on. I only just discovered today (after onboarding over two weeks ago) that when I send a review request the client can choose whether to leave a private or public review. I don't do auto reviews, I hand select which clients I want to request a review from specifically because I want that glowing public review to help improve my business's credibility. Private glowing reviews that no one but me can see don't help my business. Please fix this odd feature. Thank you.
