Voicemail navigation from phone
We would like the ability to maneuver through voicemails from the desk phone easier. Keys for skipping forward and skipping back would be very helpful to get to the message you want to listen to. Additionally, the ability to skip the new messages and go directly to the saved messages to find a specific one that had been saved. While some of this can be done on the desktop interface, voicemail groups don't show up on that interface, and there are some locations that use the phone, but don't access the desktop app.

I want the phone number to be read before the VM starts. I work with people with hearing loss who struggle to hear the fast-talking patient's phone number.

We need a way to skip Voice Mail messages when calling in on 9001. It would be great to assign a keypad number to allow the system to skip to the next message. It will make going through voicemails and transferring certain voice mails much faster without having to listen to every message.

We would like to be able to fast forward through the intro on a voicemail or rewind the voicemail to hear a certain part again . We are very busy office and the into takes up time when checking messages .
