Call Pop enhancements

In the New Weave Experience, Call Pops have been enhanced to show a "head of household" where the system of record shows a policy holder and dependents. This should resolve the issue of showing dependents' names rather than the guardians' names in those cases.

When the caller pops up on ID, it has been the names of many of the kids on the account instead of the name of the person the phone number belongs to (usually the parent). We would like the name of the parent to show up on caller ID and not the children.

It would be great if you allowed users to customize their incoming call screen. Some may like the smaller version of name and number. Most in our office would like to see name number, appointment, account balance, and next appointment, etc. We don't like having to click the view button because that is what we want to see every time.

Have any "notes" put under clients pop up when they call- i.e if we have a client that is alerted for not scheduling any future appointments it will be visible when they call

Hello! We currently work with Cornerstone software, we are hoping to get more client information with the original pop up for an incoming call. When we originally saw the presentation it showed the client id, next appt information, etc... this would be really helpful.

1) Phone Team - Product Owner: If family members share the same mobile number within officemate, the weave phone will randomly select a first name (not the head of household/parent) and it looks like a 4 year old is calling the office.
Below was my on boarders response:
I asked our team about it and looked through all the examples. Since the families share a common number, usually it's the mobile and/or home, the call pop-up will choose from one of the names at random and popup. Right now, there isn't a way to tell it to just select the head of household -

I would like the software to be able to determine who is actually calling when a number is attached to different patients on one account.. ie Mom's # is in kids account, I want it to populate Moms name not kids name is missed call. Also, I would love the software to be able to determine SMS when placed in different fields other than "cell phone". Thank you

Hello. We would like to have the option of having all family members pop up on the screen when one family member calls so that we can see if any of the family members are due for appointments. Thank you

When a patient calls in, if there are several family members linked together, the primary should be what pops up, not a minor. We have had this problem several times. Can this be fixed?

Caller ID - pulls family members name. We are noticing that the caller id will pull the dependents name instead of the responsible party. I feel like it should always pull the correct phone number for the responsible party.
