Make voicemails actionable
user wishes to have a tool that reflects the action that has been taken in response to voicemails so that they can be sure they're responding to callers appropriately and reduce visual clutter
In the New Weave Experience you can apply tags to voicemails the same way you apply them to messages.

Under the 'Recent Calls' and 'Voicemails' tabs, it would be great if there was an option to write a short status note for calls from non-established patients so we know if they have been contacted, if a voicemail was left, etc. It would also be nice if there were color icons that said if the individual was called, voicemail left, messaged, etc. We have over 60 individuals using Weave so it gets confusing.

We would like a way to archive voicemails. We are running into an issue where a team member may follow up on a voicemail that is already in the process of being resolved but which can't yet be deleted.

I would like to be able tag voicemails the same way you can tag a text message.

allow users to have the same functionality with voicemails as they do with text messages - actionable vs. all, marking completed, and archiving instead of just deleting.
