Call Reporting by User
Use call history and analytics to analyze user/employee performance according to:
- how many calls they're answering vs missing
- length of talk time vs hold times

Be able to track all calls by User (with breakdown between inbound and outbound). They said by extension/phone doesn't work for them.

Being able to generate a report that shows average hold times by the user would be a great tool to utilize when analyzing the service we give over the phone.
