  1. Get rid of billing address for manual card entry

    The new addition of requiring a full billing address makes processing manual card entries much less streamlined that previously. It seems like an unnecessary addition to a process that involved already asking multiple back to back questions.

    Thank you all for your feedback and concern.  This particular update was required as part of our effort to further increase the security of our Manual Card Entry Transactions.  While we do not have any plans to retract this update, we will continue to monitor and look into possible adjustments going forward.


    Please note that you can use the Card On File feature to bypass this requirement, as long as you've used the payment method previously.

    When manually typing in credit card payments would it be possible to make the state we are in as the default state?

    Its currently cumbersome to attach the statement to Text to Pay. There should be better integration between the Practice management software (in my case, Carestream Softdent) and Weave

    We would love to be able to consider this idea, but unfortunately we won't be able to make any changes to this particular functionality within the foreseeable future.  I apologize for the inconvenience - please continue to reach out with your feedback and ideas!

  4. Payment Text Stop info = dumb

    Weave payment text, add the STOP info.. this is dumb.. Us personally creating the payment text with a pmt link and sending it. Is just like us creating a text using a template text.. the stop info should not be added in there.. please fix this

    Weave must include the ability for text recipients to opt out of automated messaging due to recent changes to national and federal communication laws and guidelines.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

  5. Quick button text to pay in messages

    We are still doing curbside check-in with our patients so adding a text to pay quick button in the text message feed would be SO helpful and reduce time when trying to get a payment link sent to the patients parent. Sometimes a different phone number is used to message us that is not on the patients file. This way we would be able to get the link for payment to the correct person that is currently at our office.
    Our idea would be to add a quick button at the bottom of the text feed, by the emoji/picture buttons.

    This is a really interesting idea that we may be able to more fully investigate at some point as Weave continues to evolve, but for right now we won't be able to pursue this particular change for the foreseeable future.
