  1. Voicemail Override Schedule

    It's too easy to forget to deactivate voicemail override and accidentally miss calls when the office is open. This just happened to us after Thanksgiving. Voicemail override is intended to allow us to "close" the office for unexpected events and holidays. Therefore we should be able to set a time to deactivate this feature at a date and time in the future.

    It would be great to have sub categories on the phone directory. For example, "Labs," "Insurance," "Doctors," "Staff," etc.

  3. Recent update notes

    I like a lot of things about the newest update. However, I wish that I could reposition the notification bubble. After using the software for so many years, I liked that it was located in the same spot and I'm frustrated by the move that seems to make no sense.
    Also, previous versions allowed you to group notifications in to a summary and I haven't figured out how to make that happen with this update. It is kind of annoying to have to dismiss all notifications individually.

  4. Earlier appointment time in reminder

    We had the option with our prior software to flag specific patients who were always tardy for appointments. These specific patients would get email/text reminders with appointment times 15 minutes earlier than the scheduled time. We do not want our entire patient base to get a 15 minute early reminder - only specific patients who need it.

  5. Holiday/Vacation Phone Schedule

    Please add in a holiday hours setting. Currently when the office is closed during the week for a holiday or vacation we have to go in the office hours settings and manually turn off, then turn back on that particular day of the week we are out. There needs to be a way to set this up beforehand where it automatically turns off the phones for predetermined dates and times and then resume normal office hour schedule.

  7. Deleting a photo

    So, I am the office Manager at the Niles Vision Clinic. I up-loaded a photo to my account, thinking that I can delete it. But you can't delete a photo. You can only re-place it. I think it would be good, to be able to delete a photo if need be.

  8. Phone call NOT overriding fax

    When sending a fax and a phone call comes in it would be helpful to not have the screen disappear to the fax and have to start all over

  9. Font size for age 50+ eyeballs

    I’m a 52-year-old doctor and like many people my age have a little bit of early presbyopia

    I would think your app has a lot of people using it that are not always in their 30s and 40s

    could you please find a way to increase the font size on the app. it’s a pretty serious issue for those of us who don’t have the younger eyes that we once had

  10. toggle settings option

    I had a patient call to tell me to turn off her recall notifications so i called to see how we can do that every other company i have worked with has had individual patient notifications toggle switches to turn on or turn off the different notifications. I would highly recommend having these available in the desktop app so we can modify settings as patients ask

  11. Tagging Faxes and Voicemails

    We are loving the updates with Weave.
    We are huge mental health practice, with a multiple departments.
    We would love to see a tag feature, for voicemails and faxes.
    We are noticing that a lot of work is getting duplicated and too much crossover.
    A tag feature, or an edit feature for faxes would allow us to better distribute work in the office. Adding this feature to voicemails could help to save a step .

  13. iPad App Landscape Mode

    iPad App landscape mode. Please add landscape mode as an option for the iPad app (automatically chaning based on the orientation of the iPad). Currently, only portrait is available and this doesn't work with a keyboard (which is essential for using weave as a text messaging platform)

  14. Ability to update billing email address on portal

    I'd love the ability to edit my billing email address. It should be a clickable/editable field in the Account/Billing section. Instead I need to call and speak with someone, spending both your time and my time on something that could be a quick click.

  15. Optional sounds

    It would be great if you could turn the chimes on or off for team chat and other notifications. It's nice to have them, but sometimes staff play music for procedures and the chime interrupts spotify and they have to scrub out and restart the music each time. They unfortunately can't just mute their sound, as then the music would also be muted.

  17. unpaid invoices

    Spoke with Avery at Weave and she explained there was a software update to change the unpaid invoices to be expired after 30 days as opposed to 90 --- I think that is to soon and very hard for reporting purposes. Reconsider this update and please resume the 90 day window, Thank you- Jordan S.

  18. Editing User Roles and Blocking Access to Settings for Certain Roles

    We've had problems out our office with some team members messing with some of the settings. For example, automated reminders, which we use to send out text messages to patients a day before their appointment to remind them and to send them a link to leave us a google review after their visit. I understand you can edit what "roles" employees have. However, what you cannot do is edit what role can do/or access what. It would be amazing if for example I could edit the "Team Member" role to NOT have access to the settings; but be able to…
