  1. Recent update notes

    I like a lot of things about the newest update. However, I wish that I could reposition the notification bubble. After using the software for so many years, I liked that it was located in the same spot and I'm frustrated by the move that seems to make no sense.
    Also, previous versions allowed you to group notifications in to a summary and I haven't figured out how to make that happen with this update. It is kind of annoying to have to dismiss all notifications individually.

  2. Editing User Roles and Blocking Access to Settings for Certain Roles

    We've had problems out our office with some team members messing with some of the settings. For example, automated reminders, which we use to send out text messages to patients a day before their appointment to remind them and to send them a link to leave us a google review after their visit. I understand you can edit what "roles" employees have. However, what you cannot do is edit what role can do/or access what. It would be amazing if for example I could edit the "Team Member" role to NOT have access to the settings; but be able to…

  3. Earlier appointment time in reminder

    We had the option with our prior software to flag specific patients who were always tardy for appointments. These specific patients would get email/text reminders with appointment times 15 minutes earlier than the scheduled time. We do not want our entire patient base to get a 15 minute early reminder - only specific patients who need it.

  4. Users Allowed Too Many Permissions as Team Members

    Team Members should not have the ability to edit call blocking, device settings, hold music, media library, voicemail boxes, voicemail override, phone trees, etc. or there should be a type of user that is allowed use of the phones only, not the ability to change these items. One disgruntled employee, and this could all be maliciously changed without anyone being the wiser until someone (probably a caller) noticed. Admin privileges should be required to change items that could adversely affect the business image.

  5. Team Member Permissions

    I need to be able to edit permissions for team members. Someone (or somehow) the auto reminders for my Tacoma office keep getting turned off and therefore our patients are not getting reminder text messages. I need only the admins to have the permission to turn these on or off.

  7. User (employee) login history and reporting - Security Monitoring

    There is no way to monitor for unauthorized access to Weave. Would be very useful to see login and password change history for users.

    It would be even more useful to schedule these reports to be emailed periodically and even more useful to set up rules in order to detect unexpected activity. For example, if Weave is accessed in the off-hours or from IP address not previously used.

  9. Follow Up Task notifications

    Hi there!
    Not sure if this a bug but we've started utilizing the "Follow Ups" lists for patient and team member specific tasks however, the follow up notifications pop-up once a minute until dismissed (sometimes creating a notification queue that's 45+ msgs long).
    A single notification for a follow up task is sufficient until dismissed.

  10. More super admin ability to change user info

    Super admin should be able to edit all users information. For example changing names as different persons come in and out of the office. We have some generic emails we use for the front desk or office so team members don't have to use personal emails.

    None of this information shouldn't be able to be changed, Name, phone number, email.

  11. Quickfill upgrades

    The Quick fil list: We should be able to add tags. and search those tags. So add tags for patients that want morn, or tags for patients that only want certain days.
    Also it would be nice to be able to print the quickfil list with names, numbers, and notes.

    Weave help chat needs to be a pop-up/pop-out box from the main weave desktop window, not a separate webpage.

  14. iPad App Landscape Mode

    iPad App landscape mode. Please add landscape mode as an option for the iPad app (automatically chaning based on the orientation of the iPad). Currently, only portrait is available and this doesn't work with a keyboard (which is essential for using weave as a text messaging platform)

  15. "inactive" status for former employee

    Currently once a team member leaves our organization, we have to delete them from the app so they will no longer have access to our data. Once deleted, the person's name will no longer show in voice call log and text message thread to identify who handled particular conversation. I would like to request a feature to be placed as "inactive status". This will keep the call log and message thread but will not allow former employee to log in.

    For setting like Office Hours, either use a 24-hour format or allow users to choose that format to avoid AM/PM mistakes.

  17. Manually Modify User Passwords and Login Audit Trails

    I would like to be able to reset the password of a user without sending a reset email, I should be able to set a password through the admin portal and an email be sent notifying the user for security can be sent. I also would like login audit trails for failed attempts and IPs where a user is logging in.

  18. MFA (multi-factor authentication) for desktop, mobile or portal login

    I suggested this feature a few years ago but it seems that it hasn't been picked up. Weave provides access to medical records and works in a highly sensitive HIPAA environment. Multi-factor authentication support is a must to prevent attacks against employees.

    Should a user account be compromised resulting in health data exfiltration, the responsibility will fall on Weave if it fails to provide minimum reasonable protection against ATO (account takeover) attacks.

  19. Ability to update billing email address on portal

    I'd love the ability to edit my billing email address. It should be a clickable/editable field in the Account/Billing section. Instead I need to call and speak with someone, spending both your time and my time on something that could be a quick click.

  20. Clinical Schedule Access only

    Add user type that is clinical, schedule access only from the mobile app.
    One hygienist pointed out that she sees analytics and other info that she doesn't feel she needs or wants access to.
