Entire app and site Slowness Complaint
Weave admin portal and app has been incredibly slow for weeks now. What changed? WHAT is going on? Logging in is slow. You repeatedly enter log in information. There is an unacceptable from the time a credit transaction happens to when it shows up in the admin portal or app filter. Our office has absolutely been thrilled with Weave up until this point. I am not sure what is going on and would appreciate follow up.

Officemate Web Assistant Integration
Hi there, this feedback is regarding the integration between Officemate PMS and Weave Web Assistant. First off, thank you very much for integrating these two softwares. The syncing is very helpful, greatly appreciate it! The only issue our office is running into is sometimes some of the blocks on our Officemate schedule still shows up as available on the Weave scheduler. On Officemate, we usually just block times off with "Non-patient appointments." Do we have to change our schedule blocking to schedule exceptions or something similar to that? Or is there a way for Weave to read the Non-patient appointments…

Message Queue should show who will be receiving messages a week in advance besides the current week and past week.

Quick fill numbers
Our office uses quick fill but we only offer one time slot at a time. Can we get rid of the numbering system? It looks odd that there is a 1. in the middle of our message

Manual templates
Manual templates are ONLY available from the Inbox but don't show up in the SMS box. Please see screen shots. Please make them available anywhere you can send an SMS. Thank you!

New Weave Experience Message Queue - match the Actionable in legacy app better
When someone confirms "C" and we auto reply, there is no way to automatically filter them out of messages in the new weave experience, Similar to the legacy app, I like a checkmark instead of archive button to mark that it's done and no longer actionable. When someone completes something on the legacy app, it would be nice if the new weave experience matched those do you only see actionable items.

REMOVE ABILITY TO DELETE PATIENT TEXTS!! This is a dangerous capability for all business owners
staff should NOT be allowed to delete messages they send!!! As a business owner I cannot audit mistakes and staff can hide patient interactions. It is astonishing that this exists and I have contacted Weave about this feature many times that was told it was in the works of being fixed....

Add a message template widget to the small messaging option
When you go to patients -> overdue -> message a little message thing pops up, but the only widgets on there is "emojis" and "add picture", we need the template option on there so we dont have to go all the way out of the patients tab to message the patient a template.
On the attachment where the red circle is, we need that widget where the green circle is (in the other attachment). The template message widget on the small message we have to get out completely just to send a template which lose our spot in the overdue…1 vote -
Have the review button on the automatic review sender available to link to your website instead.
On Review sending automatic reminders, we should be able to customize the button that is automatically generated. It would be nice to direct them though our website so our reviews can be monitored through our program.

BETA: Filtering messages to see unread and read but not responded texts.
In the new Beta application, you can only filter read, unread, delivered, and undelivered texts whereas the old app your unread texts and read but not responded texts are filtered automatically.
I want to see an option to see read but not responded to texts. It will be easier to track texts that need a response or not. It's hard to scroll through 10 texts to find a message that you have to respond to. Also please bring back tagging text chains as it help with assigning a task to a team member.

auto messaging technical error with Eaglesoft
Within Eaglesoft we have several patients who are linked together, whether they're husband and wife, parent and children or adult and elderly parent. Weave is supposed to be pulling the "cell phone" number for the text message reminders but there have been times where weave is showing they are texting the opposite person of who it was actually sent to.. for i.e.: text reminder was sent to wife's "cell phone" correctly for appointment reminder but weave shows the text was sent under the husband's name. Please have Weave only pull from the "cell phone" column for text messages automatically or…

Email History
Just like how you can see all the text messages being sent to a patient. We need one for emails too. We need to see the actual email being sent with the date stamp, time stamp, who sent it, and was it deliver or not.

Manage Direct Messaging Capability at User Level
Manage Direct Messaging Capability at User Level - ability to turn on or off this function in User Management. Would like capability to turn it off if needed and the ability to audit text messaging between team members either thru the desktop app or via some reporting capability.

Pre-tag and filter messages sent from Auto-message rules to be managed in all tab
The all tab appears to be unmanageable in separating relevant conversations and auto-messages. Auto-messages sent should be tagged with Rule label and hidden until client responds.

The office says they've gotten into the habit of checking the sent faxes after about 10 min because of the high rate of failure that they see. They'd like Weave to auto try for a certain duration of time (or certain number of attempts) before showing them it's failed.1 vote -

In the web assistant I need it to be able to read the regular schedule that we use for the doctors and the exceptions that are put in to either open or close the doctors schedule in order to give patients a truly accurate log of openings.

Reminders for same-day changes
Hello, I need to have some resolution for this, the way that reminders queue up is an issue, if a patient calls day of appointment ad moves up earlier, then they could receive a reminder after the appointment time has passed for that appointment... I do have a specific example to give. a patient today was scheduled at 4pm, moved up to 11:30am. the time that the appointment was moved was 9:46 am. At 2pm today, a reminder went out for 11:30 am, when the appointment time was past. We need to be able to modify the reminder in the…
