Text connect
Hello,
The text connect feature sends patient messages to the "all" tab so we are not notified there is a response required. Please update text connect messages to go to the "actionable" tab. It, unfortunately, does not make sense to keep having to check through hundreds of messages.

The legacy app would automatically move all the "c" "yes" and confirmation reply to the all tab so we didn't have to clear each one. On the new app anyone that read the text it goes into read and conversations with patients are getting missed. It's important that messages stay (even if read) in the action tab until it is handled. This is not making the work flow better.

Hey Lizzie,
I don't work for Weave, but wanted to let you can turn this on in the new app by going to Settings, then "Messaging," then toggle on the "Utilize Actionable Tab" option.

Please bring back the "Actionable" and "All" tabs from the legacy App
OR
Allow something to dismiss from the "unreplied" section. This section is bogged down with patients responding "confirm".
